Wedding Management Day-Of
If you want to plan your own wedding but need professional assistance to ensure it’s a flawless event that you’ll cherish, this is your plan. We’ll provide initial guidance and check in with you at predetermined intervals to ensue everything is on track. Additionally, we’ll coordinate with your vendors and then execute your plan on the wedding day to provide you with the stress-free event you’ve always dreamed of.
This package includes the following:
- Lead planner throughout process to include 12 hours on wedding day*
- Unlimited phone & email correspondence with lead planner
- Rehearsal coordination (does not include planning/coordinating rehearsal dinner)
- Assistant wedding coordinator on wedding day* (2nd person as needed)

Partial Planning
If you are looking for a “let’s meet in the middle” package our Partial Planning Package is perfect for you. We are more involved with you than the Wedding Management Day-of Coordination Package, but a little less involved than our Full Planning Package.
This package includes, but not limited to:
- Designated Check In Meetings
- Unlimited communication by email and phone
- Schedule and attend 2 venue site appointments
- Schedule up to 3 vendor appointments, attend 3 vendor meetings and assist with negotiations
- Assist with planning & execution
- Rehearsal direction/coordination
- Customized floor plan for Wedding Day
- Wedding Day Timeline: Full Wedding Day Timeline including Wedding Party, and All Vendor Timeline

Full Wedding Planning
The perfect package for the couple that wants comprehensive professional assistance to coordinate all aspects of your wedding. From our initial consultation, we're dedicated to bringing your vision to life while ensuring every detail is perfectly managed. From start to finish, we handle everything. We will work together to coordinate and plan your perfect wedding throughout the whole planning process, keeping you stress-free and letting you enjoy your day to its fullest. We want to hear all your ideas, dreams, visions (and your Pinterest plans!) to create a wedding day completely customized to you.
This package includes, but not limited to:
- Monthly meetings in person per month (Can be on Google Meets as well)
- Monthly wedding homework
- Unlimited communication by email and phone
- Wedding planning calendar timeline
- Monthly email check-ins to ensure details are proceeding as planned
- Schedule and attend all venue site appointments
- Schedule all vendor appointments, attend all vendor meeting, and assist with vendor negotiations
- Assist with financial prioritization, planning & execution
- Assist in designing a wedding style, theme and colors
- Customized floor plan for Wedding Day
- Wedding Day Timeline: Full Wedding Day Timeline including Wedding Party Timeline, and All Vendor Timelines

Intimate/Elopement Package
This package is designed for your close family and friends to join and celebrate your wedding as well. Think of it as a cross between a traditional wedding and an elopement. You can have all the elements and elegance of the former with the affordability and intimacy of the latter.
This package includes but is not limited to:
- 3-6 meeting to discuss details (includes the venue walk through)
- Unlimited communication by phone or email
- List of preferred vendors ready for all your intimate wedding needs
- Venue selection process of ceremony location and scouting
- Wedding planning timeline creation
- Budget assistance
- Meeting with all of your vendors, and at your venue
- Review of vendor and venue contracts
- Theme, Color, Design and Floor Plan
- Development & Assistance
- Day-Of Wedding Itinerary/Timeline

Did you know we have a decor room you can rent from? We have the prettiest elements to compliment your wedding.
From candle holders to mirrors, we have everything for your wedding day.
You show up to the design meeting and we'll do the rest. We handle delivery, setup, and clean up of all items rented from the Decor Room.

Consider adding a getaway car to your wedding package! Having a getaway car as a part of your wedding day provides a timeless, classic look for portraits and acts as a conversation piece and photo backdrop for your guests as well!
- Shows up 2 hours before the ceremony to be used for wedding photos
- Prior to ceremony, guests can take photos with the car
- Car owner will interact with guests and answer any questions they have about these amazing vehicles!
- Owner will then stay for the reception and will deliver the couple to their wedding night destination
