My daughter and her husband were home for a very short time on military leave, and my husband and I wanted to give them the wedding celebration that Covid took from them in 2020. I called Amy and explained our situation, thinking surely it’d be next to impossible to pull something off within our timeframe. Boy, was I wrong! The BEST decision I made when planning my wedding was hiring Amy as my Day of Coordinator. She made our day perfect and I could not have done it without her. Amy was our day of coordinator for our wedding day, and what a sweet blessing she was!!! She helped our day go by as smoothly and stress free as possible. I just can’t say enough about how amazing Amy is. As a mom who is very hands on, I had always wanted to be involved in every aspect of my daughter’s wedding. Even the smallest weddings are wonderful, exciting, anxiety-causing, amazing events with more details and decisions than one can possibly imagine. Our daughter was married on June 16, 2023, at the fabulous Turnbull Building. On recommendation from a friend in the wedding business, my daughter hired Perfectly Planned by Amy for the full wedding planning package. This decision saved the day, and the year, for that matter. As a planner, we found Amy to be calm, kind, detail-oriented, imaginative and tremendously on task. Very quickly into the process, we discovered that Chattanooga vendors love working with her because she has proven to be reasonable, fair, and an excellent communicator. Along the way, Amy renegotiated numerous contracts (as numbers changed) saving money. She communicated with the DJ, the guitarist, the hair and make-up stylists, the caterer, the florist, and all other vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. She kept us on task with necessary decisions, payments and deadlines. She readily incorporated my daughter's creative ideas and unique touches into the event. There was never any doubt that Amy had my daughter's best interests at heart. On the day of the event, we were as relaxed as is possible knowing that Amy and her team were on top of every detail. The wedding, happy hour and reception went off perfectly without even the tiniest snafu. Best decision I made when planning my wedding was hiring Perfectly Planned by Amy. She went above and beyond to make my day perfect, special and made sure everything ran smoothly. She answered my late night texts and phone calls and met with me multiple times through out the planning process. As any bride would be on their wedding day, I was extremely nervous but once Amy got to the venue and walked into the bridal suite I took a deep breathe and felt a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders when I saw her.
